I am an Integrative arts psychotherapist, an executive coach, a leadership trainer, a personal development workshop leader and conference speaker.
My abiding passion for the last 17 years has been exploring ways to enable others to achieve positive and lasting change. I help individuals, teams and organisations create inspiring visions with practical steps to turn the vision into reality. |

My training in the use of psychology and creativity has shifted my work to a deeper level of transformation. I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to be creative and I am often amazed at how the arts can really help people tap into unconscious resources. The magic of metaphor is central to my work using a variety of expressive arts to include drama, storytelling, art, improvisation and poetry. I am particularly interested in unlocking the creative potential of leaders and I am currently developing a model of creative leadership.
I have an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy and the Certificate in the Use of the Arts in Therapy and Education. I am an NLP Practitioner and HNLP coach. I have also completed training in group facilitation, leadership and creativity, appreciative inquiry, assertiveness training and non-violent communication.
The breadth of my most recent work includes designing and delivering a three-year leadership programme, run worldwide for a division of the Daily Mail group, leading personal leadership workshops within a corporate leadership academy, helping a senior leadership team develop their vision and working as an arts psychotherapist for the Richmond Carers Association.
I have eight years media industry experience and was senior trainer and consultant for Alison Hodge Associates, specialists in training for the media industry, for seven years. I have run my own training and coaching practice for the last 10 years. Recent clients include Dmg world media, Last minute.com, Le Bara, Vocalink and Cap Gemini.
