This workshop will focus on exploring how to tap into and facilitate creativity in groups. We will focus on introducing specific creative methods in group work. This will include...
> How to attend to the emotional well-being of the group.
> How to uncover group dynamics and raise awareness through eliciting group metaphors.
> How to engage the group in exploring their process through the lens of group roles.
> How to enable the group to generate a collective vision with image-making.
These techniques will help you creatively address groups who may appear blocked or ‘storming’ (Tuckman), as well as enabling a group to be transformative and participative in generating ideas and solutions. This workshop is particularly useful for trainers, consultants and facilitators who work with groups and run team-building events.
This group will run with a maximum of 12 participants.
